My name is Briana and I am a Colorado Native. I left for a brief time to attend and swim at the University of Wyoming. After a career in Broadcast Television, I found myself in Property Management. I have worked in Property Management since 2010 and was the first employee at The Source. I am currently the Employing Broker and we look forward to serving you and helping you with your investments. When I am not working you can find me swimming, biking, hanging out with my family or on the beach.

Hi, I’m DeLaine! I have lived in Colorado the majority of my life, but was lucky enough to live in Honolulu for a short time. I have only been in property management for a short time, having spent the majority of my professional career in Management, Accounting and HR. During my free time you can usually find me spending time with my huge chaotic family (total of 8 children & 4 grand babies) as they all keep me quite busy. When not spending time within the chaos, I’m probably sleeping quietly in the corner.

Hi, I’m Nicole. I am originally from Kansas. After graduating from Kansas State University, I moved to Kansas City to do my student teaching. From there I made my way to New Jersey, Arizona and landed in Colorado in 1999. I was a stay at home mom to my 3 kiddos for 18 years. I started working at The Source in 2020. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and kids, hanging with friends, reading, playing tennis, hiking and watching movies.

I’m Dannielle! A true Colorado Native – Born, raised, and haven’t left. I’ve been a community/ property manager since 2019, but I have been in management roles since 2013, including at the mythical land of Radio Shack! In my free time you will find me with my dog, at a concert, or doing something with plants or Star Wars.

I’ve been involved as a property manager, a broker, and investor over the last several years in my home state of Michigan. In my spare time you can typically find me cycling, skiing, or cooking.

I became a Property Manager in 2017 after working my way up through the industry and I truly enjoy how many people from different walks of life that I get to interact with on a daily basis. My wife and I moved to Colorado in 2022 and have fallen in love with the natural beauty and culture that it offers.
